RETURNS / REFUND POLICY
We are a small business and do not give cash refunds, we only accept exchanges. It is our intention that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
In cases where a customer is unable to exchange a returned item for any reason, the customer will be allowed to exchange for any item(s) on the website that is of the same value.
However, if you are unhappy, we will accept full returns and will refund the full value for any garment(s) that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels and that is despatched to us within 10 days of receipt by you.

All returns MUST be sent back with tracking information (email tracking to Hello@Maziina.com) and paid for by the customer in full.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
