- How do I contact Maziina?

- How long does it take to process orders?
Typically, all orders take 2-3 days to process and ship
- How do I return an item?
As orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 days, returns are only acceptable within 14 days after order dates. Please check out our returns policy for more details.
- How do I cancel my order?
We unfortunately will not be allowing order cancellation. To make sure you receive your items ASAP, we will start processing your order as soon as we receive it. This means that once your order has been placed, you will be unable to cancel it.
SHIPPING ADDRESSES: Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct, we may not be able to edit the orders before they're sipped out. Please make sure, apartment numbers are provided and correct. *IMPORTANT NOTICE: IF YOU INPUT THE INCORRECT ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT, WE CAN NOT BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE IF THE ORDER GOES MISSING. WE ARE NOT LIABLE TO REFUND/REPLACE THIS ORDER.*
EDITING ORDERS: We may not be able to make changes to your order after it is confirmed as we will have already started processing your order, please make sure the items added are correct and in the correct sizes. We have our size charts in the item descriptions of each item.
- Does Maziina have a physical store?
Unfortunately, we do not have a physical Maziina store. All transactions are made online thorough our website (www.maziina.com).
- I haven’t shopped at Maziina before, what size do I get?
